Sodium Chloride solution 0.9%, 100 cc

Omniscan (Gadodiamide) 10cc (287mg/ml )

Injection solution: Add 1.30cc Omniscan to the 100cc Sodium Chloride bottle

If recent plain film exam on PACS or available on film, no scouts required. Otherwise, single view (ie. AP pelvis, shoulder, etc.)

Prepare consent form and stamp with patient ID
