===== Requirement for biopsies =====
 
If not on anticoagulation, blood tests have to be updated for:
  * outpatients: within the last 3 months
  * inpatients: within 1 week
 
===== Approval for biopsies =====

if: INR < 1.4, Platelets > 50,000
