Every study is supposed to come up with a default template

Imagecast :

MSK defaults (ROS) http://depts.washington.edu/pacshelp/ will come up for cross sectional studies.
Otherwise, in the dictation window, click Quick Search Button that you can choose several default templates

Procedures

All dictations about procedures should include attending presence statement.
