Note the comminuted fracture of the posterior wall of the left acetabulum (compare to right!). The pre-reduction film and CT are shown below. Always check the posterior wall of the acetabulum on the AP pelvis film! This patient had a posterior dislocation with posterior wall fracture. (44.400,44.420)
