Case 70c

37 y/o male auto mechnanic with chronic ulnar sided wrist pain. MR arthrography was performed with an injection of the radiocarpal joint with a combination of non-ionic iodinated contrast and dilute gadolinium solution. Both conventional arthrography and MR arthrography images of the wrist are presented below.
