Case 32 Discussion

The patient had an anterior dislocation. MRA shows a Hill-Sachs deformity and a Bankart variant, a Perthes lesion, with attachment of the detached labrum to the periosteal sleeve of the anterior glenoid. The illustration from Stoller's anatomy disc is below:
