Case 81cThe patient is a 42-year-old female who presented with toe pain. She has a history of piercing her left great toe with a palm frond approximately five years ago. She has previously had one surgical exploration with removal of residual palm frond three years ago with good symptomatic. She presents with recurrent pain.
