Case 86c DiscussionParalabral cyst, left anterior labrum. These usually indicate a labral tear, but the latter requires MR arthrography or hip arthroscopy for diagnosis. The labral abnormalty is probably secondary to the premature degenerative changes secondary to hip dysplasia. Note the somewhat shallow left acetabulum and contralateral OA changes in the right hip.
