Case 53 Discussion

Osteoarthritis glenohumeral joint with posterior labral cyst. No signs of infraspinatus atrophy that can be seen when these paralabral cysts entrap the suprascapular nerve in the spinoglenoid notch. Question of loose body in the joint anterior to the labrum on the axial view.
