Axial T2WI post intra-articular contrast and fat sat:
Note the slight depression of the bony glenoid on the image on your left. GLAD lesion: glenolabral articular disruption. This lesion consists of an anterior-inferior labral tear associated with an injury to the glenoid articular cartilage.
