Case 66 DiscussionParalabral cyst. inferior labrum: the patient presumably has a labral tear since most paralabral cysts are associated with such tears. A small ganglion is another possibility. MR arthrography probably would have been more definitive. Inferior paralabral cysts are rare in our experience.
