Posterolateral corner injury: Hemorrhage into the popliteus muscle, tear of its musculotendonous junction, lateral capsular stripping, ACL tear. These injuries are usually the result of a high energy varus injury-note the medial femoral condyle contusion. (45.485, 45.420)
